These terms govern your use of smartsolarsense.co.uk and any services you purchase from Smart Solar Sense Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17244056).

Using our website

You may use the site for lawful, personal and business purposes. You must not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy content without permission.

Quotes and contracts

Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you provide. A binding contract is only formed once a written order acknowledgement has been issued by us.

Warranties

Panel and inverter warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Workmanship is covered by our 10-year installation guarantee, subject to the terms provided at handover.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
